入选标准
- •1.All patients with ASA grade 1, 2
- •2.Patients of either sex
- •3.Age 18 to 60 years
- •4.Patients expected to get extubated in immediate postoperative period
排除标准
- •1. Patients refusal to participate in the study or giving consent
- •2. Patients with ASA grade >2
- •3. Patients having chronic pain or any opioid treatment
- •4. Patient requiring postoperative ventilation support
- •5. Patient with any other local or systemic infection
- •6. Patient with sepsis or septic shock
- •7. Patients on beta blockers or having bradycardiaor hypotension
- •8. Patient with BMI 35kg/m2
- •9. Patients planned for free flap reconstrucion
