入选标准
- •Cases of class II div I or bimaxillary protusion requiring bilateral 1st premolar extraction
- •Age 15 to 25
- •Erupted canines, premolars and 1st molars
- •No significant medical history or medication that would adversely affect the development of teeth or tooth movement
- •Positive informed consent
排除标准
- •Non compliant patient with inability to maintain oral hygiene
- •history of any drug intake
- •Previous orthodontic treatment
- •Not wiling for informed consent
