入选标准
- •Subjects with body mass Index of 25 kg/m2 â?? 34.9k kg/m2;
- •Waist circumference >=80 cm;
- •PSQI <= 5;
- •â??lowâ?? physical activity on IPAQ;
- •SDNN value should be >=35ms and <=115ms;
- •Individual should have worked knowledge of English language
排除标准
- •Presence of any cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, orthopedic and neurological conditions contraindicating exercise testing and training;
- •Individual underwent an exercise training program in the last 3 months;
- •Anti-hypertensive drugs;
- •Dysmenorrhea;
- •Recent foot or ankle surgery;
- •Neurological diseases or vestibular dysfunction;
- •Biomechanical abnormalities or foot deformities which may alter gait pattern;
- •Any acute injury of lower limb
