入选标准
- •Over 18 years of age; good oral hygiene (plate index <20%); present indication for installation of immediate unitary implants in the anterior region of the maxilla; indication of caries extraction or root fracture; remaining adequate bone levels for installation of unitary implants; present intact neighboring teeth to the area that will receive the implants.
排除标准
- •Need for previous surgery to increase bone and / or soft tissue; patients with periodontal disease; patients with top bite or with loss of posterior occlusal support, patients with diseases or systemic conditions or who use drugs that alter bone metabolism; presence of fixed orthodontic appliances, pregnant or lactating women; heavy smokers (Above 10 cigarettes per day).
