- •patients with clinical features of KAMPVAAT such as kampa , stambh, mand chakramana .
- •patients eligible for NASYA KARMA , VASTI KARMA .
- •patient willing to give consent .
排除标准
- •Patient above 65 years,
- •Patient not eligible for nasya karma and vasti karma,
- •History of head injury,
- •History of head epilepsy ,
- •Patients with history of HIV , HBSag , kochs,
- •Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension,
- •Drug induced parkinsonism ,
- •Psycogenic parkinsonism,
- •Progressive supra nuclear palsy
