入选标准

  • 1. Patients with aphasia after Ischemic stroke<=6months; aged 35 to 80 years old;
  • 2. Chinese as first language, right-handed;
  • 3. Diagnosed as non-fluent aphasia by Western Aphasia Battery(WAB), Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination >= 1;
  • 4. Primary school education or above;
  • 5. Signed informed consent

排除标准

  • 1. Severe hearing impairments or dysarthria or cognitive impairments likely to affect adherence to study protocol;
  • 2. Aphasia owing to other brain injury or neurodegenerative disease besides stroke;
  • 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney damage likely to influence participation;
  • 4. Patients taking transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) therapy or piperacetam, donepezil, memantine, bromocytine, galantamine and not able to discontinue those therapies after being included in the study;
  • 5. Having MRI contraindications.
