•1. Meet the diagnosis of mild-to-moderate depression according to the International Classification of Diseases 10th Edition (ICD-10, F32.0, F32.1);
•2. Aged from 18 to 45 years, and right handed;
•3. First diagnosed, have not participated in other treatment plans;
•4. 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale total score<=35;
•5. Signed informed consent.

•1. Diagnosis of bipolar depression;
•2. Have participated in other clinical trials in the past eight weeks;
•3. Be taking antidepressants or the pharmacological effects of antidepressants have not been washed out;
•4. Have received acupuncture treatment in the past two weeks;
•5. Pregnant or lactating;
•6. Have other serious diseases that needed to be treated;
•7. Have head trauma history or other brain diseases;
•8. Have suicidal plan or behavior;
•9. Have any MRI contraindications.
