入选标准
- •1. Patients fulfilling the criteria for bipolar disorder as per the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental disorders; Fourth edition (DSM-IV) determined using the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINIPLUS) 5.
- •2. Age: 18-65 years
- •3. Duration of illness - at least 10 years
- •4. Either gender
- •5. Currently in remission (Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score of <7 and Young Mania Rating Scale score of <7).
- •6. Provide written informed consent (English or Kannada)
排除标准
- •1. Patients with evidence of organic brain syndrome or intellectual disability.
- •2. Bipolar disorder secondary to any organic cause.
- •3. Unwilling to participate in study.
- •4. Violent/ uncooperative patients.
- •5. Medically not fit to participate.
