入选标准
- •Minimum 18 years
- •Single-canalled teeth have necrotic pulp with or without radiographic evidence of periapical radiolucency.
- •Patients willing to participate in study.
排除标准
- •Having related tooth with open apex, root fracture or resorption.
- •Having periodontal pocket depth greater than 4 mm in related tooth
- •Having previously undergone root canal treatment in related tooth;
- •Having related tooth that could not be isolated with a rubber dam;
- •Having taken analgesics 12 hours before the intervention.
- •Having received antibiotic therapy within the previous 3 months.
- •Diabetes, human immunodeficiency virus infection or other immunocompromising conditions.
