入选标准
- •a. Urine Output less than 1ml/Kg/ hour for minimum 6hours (KDIGO 1)
- •b. Incremental Fluid Overload ( >1%) in two consecutive 6 hourly quadrants of Fluid Overload
- •assessment.
- •c. Clinical evidence of pulmonary fluid overload with no identified pre-existing heart disease
排除标准
- •a. Children who are in AKI KDIGO stages III at the time of hospitalization.
- •b. Children who are known cases of CKD
