入选标准
- •Patient age = 18 years
- •- no palliative medical treatment by a consiliary
- •And presence of at least one of the following trigger factors:
- •- Length of stay = 30 days in intensive care unit
- •- Age 80 years or older and two or more relevant comorbidities
- •- Admission (more than twice) to intensive care unit during same hospital stay
- •- Performing a tracheotomy
- •- Diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrhage with mechanical ventilation
排除标准
- •- Patient age < 18 years
- •- Length of stay < 72 hours in the intensive care unit
- •- Palliative consultation before study enrolment
