入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Older adults diagnosed as type 2 Diabetes Mellitus more than 2 years and who are on oral antidiabetic medications.
- •2.Patients having HbA1c ranging from 6.0% to 8.5%, Recent reports of HbA1c i.e. within 1 month will be included.
- •3.Patients with score less than 24on Montreal cognitive assessment score
- •4 . Patients who have not undergone any supervised treatment protocol.
排除标准
- •1.Diagnosed cases of any neurodegenerative disorders including dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
- •2.Patients with recent myocardial infarction ,cardiac pacemakers
- •3.Older adults with history or presence of retinopathy, neuropathy.
- •4. Impaired skin over the placement of electrode which includes eczema, rashes, blisters, open wounds, burn, and cuts.
- •5. Patients operated with implanted metallic plates or stimulators in brain.
- •6. Patients with the history of previous neurosurgical procedures, neurologic malformations or brain neoplasia.
- •7. Patients with any epileptic disorders.
- •8. Patients with carotid shunts, tooth implants and dentures, implants anywhere in head neck face
- •9.Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus.
- •10. Patients with hypertension and cardiac pacemakers.
