- •Patients with chief complaint of dyspnea due to decompensated heart failure vascular type ( orthopnea, fine crackle on auscultation, raised JVP)
排除标准
- •hypotension
- •recent myocardial infarction
- •history of allergy to TNG
- •patients who need intubation on admission
