入排标准
入选标准
- •All patients above 18 years of age from either gender with SBP > 160mmHg and/or MAP >120mmHg with any one of the following
- •i. Tachypnea (respiratory rate >30cpm).
- •ii. Dyspnea (Borg dyspnea scale, use of accessory muscles, air hunger).
- •iii. Hypoxia (SpO2 < 90% on room air, or <95% on supplemental O2).
- •iv. Crepitations on auscultation.
- •v. B lines over anterior lung fields on USG.
排除标准
- •i. Patient refusal or inability to give informed consent.
- •ii. Pregnancy.
- •iii. Clinical suspicion of non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema.
- •iv. Patients in whom proper recording of vitals during NTG infusion
- •is not done.
- •v. Patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
