入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Patients of age between (40-60) years.
- •2)Diagnosed cases of Tibiofemoral Osteoarthritis Grade I - III as per Kellgren and Lawrence Classification.
- •3)Moderate to severe knee pain for at least 3 months while performing ADLs with a score of 6-8 on NPRS.
- •4)Knee pain anteriorly during at least two of the following activities: Climbing stairs, squatting, getting down on knees, running and prolonged sitting.
排除标准
- •1)Any history of knee surgery.
- •2)Patellofemoral osteoarthritis patients.
- •3)Post traumatic knee OA.
- •4)Any hip disorder.
- •5)Any systemic inflammatory disease.
- •6)Use of opiod medication.
- •7)Any deformity of the knee which cannot be realigned.
- •8)Any psychiatric or physical illness which make it difficult to complete.
