- •ASA grade I and II patients weighing 30-70 kg posted for laparoscopic abdominal surgery under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. patients with gastro oesophageal reflux disease or obstructive sleep apnoea
- •2. preoperative sore throat or URTI since last 10 days
- •3. mouth opening <2.5 cm or anticipated difficult airway
- •4. previous head and neck surgery or history of radiotherapy
- •5. any facial, laryngeal or pharyngeal anatomical problem
