- •undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation

- •Patient with ASA grade 3,4 and 5
- •Mallampatti score equal to or more than 3, Thyromental distance less than 6,
- •neck circumference more than 40 cm, Pregnancy, Uncooperative patient,
- •Patient with history of difficult intubation
