入选标准
- •Nulliparous women, singleton pregnancy, >37 weeks gestation (term pregnancy), longitudinal lie, vertex presentation, no high risk factors, ready to give written and informed consent
排除标准
- •Multiparous women, pregnancy induced hypertension, abruption placentae, marginal placenta previa, malpresentation, intrauterine fetal death, congenital anomalies, induced patient, history of asthma , epilepsy, heart disease. Premature rupture of membranes > 24hrs
