入排标准
入选标准
- •Permanent mandibular posterior teeth with a closed apex
- •Patients accepting the line of treatment
- •Patients with VRS of more than 4
- •Radiographs showing pulpal invlovement
排除标准
- •Lactating mothers and pregnant women
- •Presence of internal resorption, external resorption, calcifications, furcation involvement, thickened periodontal ligament, periradicular pathologies.
- •Patients with renal impairment or undergoing hemodialysis
- •In patients having eosinophilia and multi-organ sensitivity
- •Patients who have thoughts of suicide
- •History of antibiotic intake in the previous week
- •Analgesic taken within the last 6 hours
- •History of mental illness, seizure-using seizure drugs, systemic diseases such as diabetes, ulcers, kidney diseases, etc.
- •History of allergy to NSAIDs, aspirin or local anesthetics
- •Presence of swelling/sinus tracts.
