入选标准
- •1. The patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis
- •2. Adults (19 yrs ~ 70 yrs)
- •3. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification 1 or 2
排除标准
- •1. Patients who do not agree to participate in this study
- •2. Emergency surgery
- •3. ASA physical status classification 3 or above
- •4. Preoperative bleeding tendency (INR > 2.0) or taking drugs related to increased bleeding
- •5. History of allergy to the agents to be administered
- •6. Intraoperative hemodynamic instability with the extent that colloid infusion/transfusion or vasoactive drugs are necessary
