入选标准
- •- ASA I or II
- •- adult patients undergoing elective abdominal hysterectomy or abdominal hysterectomy with salpingo-oophorectomy
- •- Age > 18 years old
排除标准
- •- Preexisting coagulation disorder
- •- Morbid obesity (BMI≥ 35)
- •- Body weight < 40 kg
- •- Local infection at the site of the block
- •- Allergy to levobupivacaine or dexamethasone
- •- Chronic pain
- •- Impair immune system or risk of infection
- •- Underlying disease: diabetes mellitus
- •- Previous abdominal surgery
