- Male
入选标准
- •1 Male between 20 to 40 years old.
- •2 Experiencing of LBP more than 12 weeks.
- •3 Moderate degree of VAS between 3 to 7
- •4 Able to follow instructions
- •5 Can carry out regular activities and exercise
- •6 Willing to participate in the study
- •7 Can read and communicate in Chinese
排除标准
- •1. A history of the following diseases or disorders: Ankylosing spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Spinal fractures, Tumors or infections, Clinical neurological deficits, Nervous system or major mental diseases, Bleeding disorders, Previous severe back or lower limb injury or surgery,
- •Underlying diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.
- •2 Prompt nerve root compression.
- •3 Contraindications of percussive massage treatment: Contagious skin disease, Injury or inflammation of the muscle, Open wound, Acute limb edema, and Impaired skin integrity.
- •4 Take the medication currently, such as Ibuprofen.
