- •1. No history of previous iron supplementation
- •2. Singleton
- •3. Term and birth weight > 2,500 g
- •4. No serious perinatal complication including neonatal resuscitation and exchange transfusion
- •5. No chronic illness (Anemia or other hematologic diseases, liver diseases, chronic lung diseases, heart diseases, malnutrition, neurologic diseases or developmental delay)
排除标准
- •1. Anemia (Hb <11.0 g/dL or Hct <33.0%)
- •2. Compliance < 80%
