- •Patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate
排除标准
- •ASA IV and V
- •Infection at the back
- •Coagulopathy (INR >1.35, Platelets <1,00,000/ml)
- •Liver dysfunction ( >Child A status)
- •Renal failure (Sr.Creatinine >2mg/dl)
- •Cardiac failure (NYHA >3)
- •Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •Patients not willing for spinal anaesthesia
