- •Patient treated with surgery using volar locking plate for unstable distal radius fracture
- •- Definition of unstabie distal radius fracture
- •dorsal angulation=20 dregree
- •radial shortening=10 mm
- •severe dorsal communition
- •intra-articular fracture
排除标准
- •multiple injuries
- •open distal radius fracture
- •neurovasuclar injuries
- •Patient treated with additioal proceures beside volar locking plate
- •Chronic use of opioids
- •Psychiatric illness
- •Known allergy or contraindication to opioid or local anesthesia
- •Patient who wanted brachial plexus block or PCA(Patient-controlled analgesia)
