- •Patient having Diagnosed of PCOS according to Rotterdam criteria
- •(any two criteria full fill by subject.)
- •Oligomenorrhea and or / anovulation
- •Hyperandrogenism clinically or biochemically Diagnose Polycystic ovaries on ultrasound
排除标准
- •A woman having history of primary amenorrhea Secondary amenorrhea due to lactation Pregnancy Any organic reproductive system abnormalities.
- •Pelvic inflammatory disease Hydrosalpinl (congenital)Endometriosis adenomyosis fibroid uterus Carcinoma of reproductive organs Hyperprolactinaemia Cushing syndrome
