- •Having secondary sexual characteristics
- •At most 6 months have passed since the event of Menarche
- •Suffering from specific physical and mental diseases
- •The absence of stressful events such as death or incurable disease in first-degree family
- •Having mild and moderate anxiety according to the Spielberger questionnaire
排除标准
- •Failure to attend more than one counseling session
- •Occurrence of any stressful incident while studying
