- •1] Presence of atleast one active or latent trigger points and pain duration of more than one week with palpable tender spots in the unilateral upper trapezius muscle.
- •2] Individuals aged between the age group of 20-40 years.
- •3] Positive jump sign characterized by patient vocalization or withdrawal
排除标准
- •1] History of the neck and upper back region fracture.
- •2] History of referred pain due to cervical pathology.
- •3] Dermatitis over the upper back region.
- •4] Wound over the neck.
- •5] Taking corticosteroids orally or intravenously or narcotics
