入选标准
- •â?ªIncludes patients with both controlled and Uncontrolled diabetes
- •â?ª Patients aged > 18 and < 80 years
- •â?ª Fever, productive /nonproductive cough, with
- •or without chest pain or breathlessness
- •â?ª Those presented with a new radiographic
- •infiltrate and/or
- •â?ª Sputum gram staining and culture showing
- •pathological organisms
排除标准
- •â?ª Patients with age less than 18 years
- •â?ª Patients diagnosed with HAP, VAP,
- •Aspiration pneumonia
- •â?ª Patients diagnosed to have tuberculosis.
- •â?ª Patients who are HIV positive and on
- •immunosuppressive therapy, Presence of
- •immunosuppressive diseases (asplenia,
- •AIDS, organ transplantation, hematological
- •malignancies) and pregnancy
