- •Ages 18 ~ 70
- •ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) class 1-3
- •Ability to give written informed consent
排除标准
- •Allergy to midazolam or propofol
- •ASA class 4 or 5
- •Unable to give informed consent
- •Pregnant women
- •Pre-existing hypotension (systolic BP < 90mmHg)
- •Pre-existing bradycardia (HR < 50 bpm), hypoxemia (SpO2 < 90%)
- •Acute respiratory illness
- •Recent otorhinolaryngologic surgery
