入选标准
- •1.Patient scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
- •2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III 3. Willing to give consent
排除标准
- •1. Patients who are not willing to be enrolled in the study
- •2. Patients with ASA IV or higher
- •3. Patients with a history of ophthalmic surgery, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataract, retinal detachment
- •4. Patients with advanced stage lung disease
- •5. Patients with advanced stage cerebral disease
- •6. Obese patients with BMI >35kg/m2
- •7. Pregnant patients
- •8. Patients with head injury
- •9. Patients with intraoperative elevation in peak pressure
- •10. Duration of surgery exceeding 2 hours
- •11. Change in the surgical plan to open cholecystectomy
