- All
入选标准
- •1. Age ≥ 60 years old
- •2. Elective surgery under GA/RA
- •3. At least 7 days prior operation
- •4. ASA physical status 1,2, 3
- •5. Having music playing equipment eg. smart phone, computer, laptop, or tablet
- •6. Having DVD / VCD/ Clip VDO file playing equipment eg. computer, laptop, DVD player, smart phone, or tablet
- •7. Able to read, write, communicate with Thai language
排除标准
- •1. Been diagnosed of dementia, delirium, or mental retardation (History / Medical record)
- •2. Been diagnosed of active psychiatric disorder or organic mental disorder (History / Medical record)
- •3. HADS-A ≥ 12 with suicidal ideation or need of seeing a psychiatrist
- •4. Current taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, or benzodiazepines
- •5. Unable to practice music therapy and /or relaxation training
- •6. Hearing and/ or Visual deficit (Deafness, Blindness)
- •7. Brain or heart surgery
- •8. Surgery under monitor anesthesia care (MAC)
- •9. Refuse to sign consent
