入选标准
- •1.All histologically proven cases of middle one â?? third of esophageal carcinoma
- •2.Previously untreated.
- •3.Lesions not more than 10 cm on barium swallow and endoscopy.
- •4.Karnofsky Performance status (KPS) of more than 60%.
- •5.Age of the patients should be 30-70yrs.
排除标准
- •1.Patient not willing to give consent
- •2.Patient who has already received radiotherapy
- •3.Patients with distant metastasis.
- •4.Age >70 years & <30years
- •5.Deranged KFT (BUN or serum creatinine 2 times above the normal)
- •6.Deranged LFT (Bilirubin 2 times above the normal limit)
