- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status: I, II
- •below knee surgery
排除标准
- •patients with clinically significant coagulopathy
- •infection at the injection site
- •allergy to Local anesthetic,
- •severe cardiopulmonary disease (ASA = 3)
- •a body mass index > 35 kg/m2,
- •diabetic or other neuropathy
- •prior surgery in the popliteal region
- •patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy
