- •Patients undergoing general surgical, gynaecological and orthopaedic
- •procedures under General Anaesthesia.
- •ASA grade I and II.
- •Duration of surgery 1-3 hours.
- •Patients with as well as without Naso-gastric (Ryleâ??s tube) in situ. (inserted post induction, intraoperatively)
排除标准
- •Unwilling Patients.
- •Mallampatti classification > 2.
- •Patients with preoperative sore throat or URTI within last 7 days of
- •Known allergies to Benzydamine Hydrochloride.
- •All pregnant mothers.
- •Patients with gastro-esophageal reflux/ regurgitation.
