  • •Adult patients who underwent total thyroidectomy in the Samsung medical center
  • •ASA classification I, II, III

Exclusion Criteria

  • •ASA classifcation over IV
  • •Obesity (BMI>30)
  • •Long term opioid therapy
  • •Allergy to local anesthetics, ASA, NSAID(Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug)s
  • •Cardiovascular disease (arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial infarction)
  • •Severe liver diseases, renal diseases
  • •Medication history of Calcium channel blocker
