This study aims to evaluate and compare the efficacy of these Ayurvedic formulations in treating patients diagnosed with Madatyaya.

- •• Patients aged 18-60 years.
- •• Diagnosed with chronic alcoholism based on DSM-5 criteria.
- •• Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

- •Patients with severe comorbid medical conditions.
- •Pregnant or lactating women.
- •patients currently undergoing other forms of addiction treatment.
