入选标准
- •1.Adolescent girls between age 10-19 years.
- •2.Subjects willing to participate in the study.
- •3.Subjects having Aerobic capacity (VO2 max) less than Healthy fitness zone (HFZ).
- •4.Subjects having Body composition (Percentage body fat) more than Healthy fitness zone (HFZ).
- •5.Subjects having Abdominal strength and endurance (Curls up) less than healthy fitness zone (HFZ).
- •6.Subjects having Upper body strength and endurance (Push up) less than healthy fitness zone (HFZ).
- •7.Students having flexibility score less than Healthy fitness zone (HFZ) as per Back saver sit & reach test.
- •8.Not participating in another research.
排除标准
- •1.Not willing to participate.
- •2.Any injury in past 6 months.
- •3.Any recent and unhealed fracture.
- •4.Any surgery in past 6 months.
- •5.Any congenital disorder (such as scoliosis etc.).
- •6.Any other neurological, cardiovascular and psychological pathology.
- •7.Any history of malignancy, tuberculosis and infective conditions.
- •8.Any musculoskeletal injury that will affect their compliance to participate.
