Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Players practicing cricket at least 3 times in a week
- •Only male players will be included
- •Players having an experience of at least 2 years in cricke
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recreational players
- •Any present musculoskeletal or history of major injury in hip, knee, ankle, back
- •Uncooperative players or players unwilling to participate
- •Players which have any history of psychiatric, neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory disorder
- •Any history of previous surgery of back and hip joint
