Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients will be included if
- •1\.Aged 18 to 65 years both male and female
- •2\.According to the Neck Pain Task Force criteria, neck pain for more than 3 months \[8]
- •3\.Pain intensity between 0 to 2 cm on a 10 cm Visual Analog Scale (VAS)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients will be excluded if
- •1\. Visual impairment, Neurological Disorder, Pregnant women
- •2\. A diagnosis of fibromyalgia, spine trauma, spine infection, or inflammation
- •3\. Neck pain radiating into the upper limbs
- •4\. Physical activities practicing more than twice a week in the past 3 months
- •5\. Take medication for pain in the past 3 months
