入选标准
- •1. Patients scheduled for TUR-BT at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital
- •2. Adults (age more than 19 years old and less than 80 years old)
- •3. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 1 or 2
排除标准
- •1. Disagreement to participate in this study
- •2. Moderate to severe chronic kidney disease (preoperative eGFR < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2)
- •3. Atrioventricular block
- •4. Neuromuscular disease
- •5. Hypermagnesemia (> 3.0mg/dL) or hypocalcemia (< 8.6mg/dL)
- •6. Change in surgical plans
- •7. Taking medication known to interact with magnesium
- •8. Preexisting bladder disease, known GI ulcer/perforation, or coagulopathy.
