简要总结
After SGB, the RI of the brachial artery decreased significantly in Group Mepivacaine, and the blood flow increased (15 minutes: p = 0.004 and p < 0.001, respectively; 30 minutes: p < 0.001 and p < 0.001, respectively). However, these values were normalized after surgery. The severity of pain, administration of rescue analgesics, and adverse effects were not significantly different between the groups.
