入排标准
入选标准
- •1.patients with clinically apparent seizures with perinatal asphyxia, and HIE With weight greater than 2 kg.
- •2. patient with seizures not responding to treatment of hypoglycemia, hypocalcemia.
排除标准
- •1.Serum creatinine greater than 1.2 at enrollment or greater than 2 at any time.
- •2.Major congenital malformations
- •3.Sick neonates with significant respiratory distress requiring assisted ventilation,ionotropic support,symptomatic hypocalcemia/hypoglycemia,renal/cardiac failure.
