- •postoperative woman in cesarean delivery under regional anesthesia with neuraxial opioid cover both emergency cesarean section and elective cesarean section at Sanpasitthiprasong hospital
排除标准
- •1.Postoperative pain management used Parecozib (Dynastat)
- •2.Cold hypersensitivity eg. Raynaud's phenomenon
- •3.skin lesion at cesarean section wound
- •4.intraoperative and postoperative serious complication such as cardiac arrest, eclampsia with respiratory failure.
