入选标准
- •1. Patients belonging to ASA ( american society of anaesthesiologist ) physical status grade one and two.
- •2. Patients willing to give written and informed consent.
- •3.Patients of either sex
- •4.Age group 20 to 50 years
排除标准
- •1.Patients with history of known allergy to study drugs.
- •2.History of consumption of antihypertensive drugs ,sedatives , hypnotics ,and antidepressants preoperatively.
- •3.Pre-existing cardiovascular disease , significant respiratory , renal and hepatic disease .
- •4.History of drug and alcohol abuse.
