入选标准
- •1 Age greater than or equal to 18 years within 24 hours of ICU admission
- •2 Patients admitted with septic shock as per sepsis 3 definition and signs of tissue hypoperfusion
- •i SBP less than 90 mmHg or decreased by greater than 40 mmHg ii hourly urine output less than 0.5ml per kg for more than 2 hrs iii HR greater than 100 per min iv skin mottling
排除标准
- •1 Patients less than 18 years of age and more than 80 years with any contraindication to PLR intracranial hypertension venous compression stocking intra abdominal hypertension
- •2 Pregnant patients
- •3 Severe anatomical abnormalities of aorta
- •4 Active arrythmias
- •5 Severe valvular heart disease
- •6 ECMO patients
