Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged 18\-60 years, who were hemodynamically unstable (shock), and who needed a fluid challenge (according to the clinical assessment).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age \<18 yrs and \> 60 yrs
- •2\. Patients with heart failure
- •3\. Abdominal hypertension
- •4\. Pregnant females
