入选标准
- •Patients undergoing lower abdominal elective or emergency surgeries under general and/or regional anesthesia
排除标准
- •Patients who are not willing to participate in the study
- •Patients allergic to prescribed medications
- •Patients having local infection of drug injection site
- •Patients with severely impaired renal function, heart failure , coagulopathy
- •Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgeries
- •Patients with documented history of opioid sensitivity or drug abuse and allergy to NSAIDs
- •Outpatient procedures requiring < 1 day of post-operative stay in the hospital.
