•1.Aged 20-35 years
•2.Neck pain at least three months
•3.VAS more than or equal 4 from 10
•4.No treated with acupuncture or physiotherapy treatment at least two weeks
•5.willingness to participate in research and the ability to participate complete study
•6.Normal sensation
•7.No herniate disc or fracture at the cervical and thoracic spine
•8.Normal blood pressure
•9.No history of tumor or cancer
•10.No open wound or infection at electrode placed
•11.No congenital abnormality of spine
•12.No use heart pacemaker
•14.No surgery of cervical spine at least 3 months
•15.No allergic history of gel, alcohol or adhesive tape
•16.No pregnancy
•17.No use analgesic or anti-inflammation drug at least 2 week
•18.Neck disability index score < 35

•1.The participant would like to withdraw from the study
•2.The participant who uses analgesic and anti-inflammation drugs during the study
•3.Receiving other treatment such as massage, acupuncture
