入选标准
- •1. Patients who were diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes mellitus.
- •2. Age between 18-65 years old.
- •3. Patients who were treated without using insulin.
- •4. Fasting blood sugar and HbA1c level are more than the target, following Thai Clinical Practice Guideline for Diabetes 2017
- •5. History of poor medical adherence e.g. medication taking errors in time, dose or/and amount. or/and self-medication reduction or/and termination.
- •6. Uncomplicated type 2 diabetes mellitus.
- •7. No disability or/and impairment of hearing and vision.
- •8. Voluntary registration.
排除标准
- •1. Pregnancy or breast feeding status
- •2. Anemia or Hemoglobinopathy
- •3. End-staged of renal disease or Erythropoietin receiving
- •4. End-staged of chronic diseases or History of cancer
- •5. Patients who will be treated with insulin during process.
- •6. Cognitive impairment (Thai Mental State Examination score < 23)
- •7. Loss follow-up
